Home Managers was established in 1987 by Joan Pollard and Jane Moynihan based on personal experience of letting their own homes in Ireland and renting properties in the U.K., Europe, North America and Asia over a twenty year period.

Following detailed research and interviews with personnel whose jobs entailed relocation, they identified the need for the provision of a comprehensive range of personal letting and management services to individuals and company personnel who wished to have their homes and investments properties let and managed in their absence.

Joan and Jane took up the challenge of entrepreneurial development by setting up a Dublin based company to fulfil this need.

Secure in the knowledge that Home Managers is licensed and bonded and with both being members of the Irish Property and Facilities Managers Association, their client base has steadily increased, thereby establishing them as the foremost Residential Property Management Company recommended both by clients and other letting agents.
